PLEASE NOTE: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the hot tub and an adult must be present at all times whilst the hot tub is in use.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with decked area and furniture, 7 seater hot tub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: From the super king-size double there's a balcony with external steps down to the garden, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Max 7 adults. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Part of the garden including the tree house is fenced off and is therefore out of bounds to guests. Note: EV charging is not permitted at this property. Note: There is an interlinking door between this property and another holiday property, ref 915521; the door is kept locked at all times. Note:No hen, stag or similar parties.
