Beeston near Litcham. This lovely annexe is attached to the owner's home on the outskirts of the village of Beeston, near Litcham. This is an ideal property for a romantic break for couples wishing to explore this part of Norfolk. Inside this all ground floor annexe there is a relaxing open plan living and dining area and a sitting area with views out onto the neighbouring open farmland, together with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a six-ring hob and double oven. There is also a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bath with shower over, basin and WC. For added convenience, there is an additional cloakroom with a hand basin and WC. Outside this attractive cottage there is a large private grass area with furniture to enjoy some alfresco dining, and stargazers will enjoy the opportunity to search the skies at night helped by the very low light pollution in the area.Within one mile of the property is the ploughshare pub that serves food and has a coffee shop. There are so many places to visit, including nearby Swaffham town, with its thriving Saturday market, independent shops, pubs, coffee shops and wide variety of restaurants. The local area provides a vast array of attractions, including adventure parks, heritage railway lines, RSPB nature reserves, Thetford Forest, Peddars Way and National Trust properties, including Oxburgh Hall, Thursford and Castle Acre. The ancient city of Norwich with its historic castle and cathedral is within easy reach, and slightly further afield, Thetford, Ely and King's Lynn offer a diverse choice of theatres, cinemas, museums, shops and restaurants and are all serviced by good road links. The capital of the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham, is within an easy drive where you can hire a boat for the day to explore the waterways, with no licence being required.
