A semi-detached cottage on a residential street, in an elevated position above Bethesda, five minutes from Zip World. The cottage has four bedrooms in total, all with TVs so you can enjoy lazy mornings in bed. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with an en-suite shower room, and there is a second double and a single bedroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is also a bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle, a kitchen with a breakfast table for four, as well as a sitting room with woodburner, red brick fireplace, dining table and patio doors. The garden at the back of the cottage is enclosed and enjoys the sun for most of the day, with a patio, lawn, raised pergola and dining furniture. There is parking for three cars and the town's amenities are 10 minutes away on foot. A great holiday home for walkers and adrenaline junkies!

Enjoying an elevated position above Bethesda, with beautiful, rugged views of the surrounding landscape to Penrhyn Quarry, is this homely, semi-detached holiday cottage. Just five minutes from Zip World, and 10 from the town centre, Arfryn is perfect for adrenaline junkies, friends, families or even couples exploring this beautiful area. Situated on a residential street with parking for three cars, the cottage is deceptively spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with fresh, white-gloss cupboards and a breakfast area for four people. The comfortable sitting room has a lovely red-brick fireplace and woodburner, along with a dining table and patio doors leading into the garden. There is also a bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor, including a pretty double room with its own en-suite and a nice view over the garden. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a second room with a single bed. In the summer you can dine outside and watch the zip wire action, or bask in the sunshine which warms the garden for most of the day. Zip World is just a five-minute walk away from the cottage, and the centre of Bethesda and all its amenities can be reached in about 10 minutes. The town is a wonderful place to explore North Wales from; you can visit Bangor, Anglesey and Llanberis within half an hour in the car, visit the Ogwen Valley, or make your way to the top of Snowdon for a simply spectacular view! With so much to see and do, you’ll be sure of a fun-filled, action-packed holiday!

Bethesda is a small village settled beside the River Ogwen in North Wales. Situated on the A5 between Bangor and the Snowdonia National Park, Bethesda was once a busy slate quarrying town and nowadays offers a good selection of shops and other amenities, in particular a large number of chapels and pubs.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed courtyard garden with patio with furniture, lawned area and raised pergola. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Zip World 5 mins walk. Note: There are two steps down to the property from the road, one into the property and steps between rooms on the ground floor. No Stag/Hen parties or similar. Note: Please do not use your own fridges and/or gas hob everything you need is provided

Een ruim huis met grote kamer met een lekker bankstel om in weg te zakken. Open haard. Besloten tuin met prieel en zitje , vier slaapkamers met eigen tv, , 1 slaapkamer met eigen badkamer.. Van alles voorzien wat je maar kunt bedenken. En stil in de omgeving, doodlopende straat. Een voortreffelijke keuze.

Excellent home from home. Stunning spacious house with everything you need. Friendly welcome from owner who lives just up road. Wine biscuits and Welsh cakes welcome you when you arrive. Superb location for all local attractions. Clean homely. We will return!!
