Part of the unspoilt gem that is the Lune Valley, this area has provided inspiration for artists and writers for centuries, including Wordsworth and Turner. Within the town, find a host of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy during your self-catered stay.

WOW. I can honestly the best booking I've ever made, the perfect location, the perfect little house and the most tranquil setting. I went with my daughter and a friend and had the best get away we all needed, the little stream was just perfect to drink morning coffee. The host was so helpful with all our needs and after we left went above and beyond for us. This place you will not regret I promise you
We enjoyed a lovely stay in this immaculate and pretty cottage. Our hosts had thought of everything. As ever, it's little kindnesses that stay with you. I left a necklace behind and Sue went above and beyond to reunite me with it.
