The house sleeps six people, with one double bedroom and two twins across two levels, the latter being a mezzanine room. The ground floor has a shower/WC room plus a spacious kitchen/diner area and sitting room offering lovely views across the estuary. Outside is a small patio area to relax and watch the tide roll in towards the beautiful beaches. Located just a short peaceful walk to the village of Aberffraw and within easy driving access of the rest of the Isle of Anglesey, Llonydd makes a comfortable base for a relaxing beach holiday or a base for exploring the Isle. Please note: During the months of July and August, bookings will be accepted that have a minimum of 7 nights.

This well situated semi-detached property occupies a picturesque riverside spot near the village of Aberffraw. Set over three floors, Llonydd offers comfortable accommodation for a family wishing to explore the beauty of Anglesey. The ground floor includes an open plan kitchen diner area with seating for six people. To the front, you can relax in the sitting room area with coal effect gas fire and three piece suite. Downstairs also has a shower room and WC, with adjoining utility room. The first floor has a double bedroom affording views out to the beaches and a twin room to the rear. Stairs take you to a third bedroom, a mezzanine level offering another twin room accommodation with Velux window. Outside, the rear has a small patio section and a lawn area on split levels. To the front, a small patio area allows you to set up the outdoor furniture and relax as the tide rolls in. The village of Aberffraw is a short walk away, with a pub and a shop. The beach at Aberffraw is one of the highlights of Anglesey, and just a short drive away is the history and heritage of the whole Isle. There are coastal walks all around the island. Maybe wander down to Four Mile Bridge, or if you want to journey further afield, Beaumaris Castle on the North East of the island makes a fine day out. Perfect for a picturesque walking base, or simply an opportunity to enjoy a beachside retreat, Llonydd is ideally located for the beauty of the Isle of Anglesey.
The seaside village of Aberffraw, nestles beside the banks of the tidal River Ffraw, and is also known as the Land of the Prince of Wales. Once an important port, the village now consists of the ancient Church of St Beuno, a pack horse bridge, a selection of craft shops and tea rooms, a village pub and a white sandy beach with views of Snowdonia.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
