Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.
We all loved this accommodation as we were 4 families coming together and needed space to relax without being on top of each other. Each bedroom has an on-suite which is good for multiple families. Only upstairs bedrooms, but downstairs toilet. Location is rural, but we liked that. We enjoyed watching rabbits playing around the pond. We love cooking and kitchen well supplied with utensils and ovens. Two conservatories show different aspects of the countryside. When we stayed weather not great, but the views created a brilliant atmosphere. Well worth stay. Will be booking again.
