Railway View is a charming semi-detached cottage situated in the town of Conwy in Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in one king-size double and one adult bunk room as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with gas fire. To the outside of the cottage is a seating area to the front and an enclosed courtyard to the rear. Railway View is a delightful cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

This delightful semi-detached cottage is situated within a secluded spot in the town walls, with views over the railway towards the bridge, encompassing the town walls and castle turrets, in the heart of the World Heritage site of Conwy on the North Wales coast. Completely refurbished to a high standard and tastefully decorated throughout, this beautiful cottage will not disappoint, perfectly placed for train enthusiasts and will suit a couple, friends or even a family. Railway view offers warm, stylish and well-appointed quality accommodation with oak flooring downstairs and light oak furniture, all complimented with matching fabrics, soft shades and neutral decor. The sitting room has a warming gas woodburning-effect stove, ideal for those cosy nights whilst you sink into the fantastic, oversized sumptuous sofas. The modern, classic cream kitchen is well-equipped with a charming dining area, perfect for a family meal or a romantic meal for two! Upstairs, there are two bedrooms; the main bedroom boasts an attractive cast iron fireplace, lovely views and a king-size double bed and the bunk room is ideal for the children. A well-appointed, modern bathroom completes this beautiful cottage. Outside is a small rear yard and to the front, enjoying a sunny aspect is an open seating area, so why not enjoy a refreshing cold drink on a warm summer’s day or evening? Railway view is the perfect base for adventures in Snowdonia and along the North Wales coast, there are excellent walking routes, clean beaches, sailing, golf and sports activities all within a stone's throw. In the town of Conwy itself, why not walk the walls of Conwy Castle, explore the National Trust's Aberconwy House, or even pop down to the harbour front a visit the smallest house in Great Britain! A little further afield is the world-famous Bodnant Gardens, Victorian Llandudno or the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, which boasts over 100 miles of spectacular coastline. Why not visit Llanrwst and Betws y Coed? both only a short drive away, you could even pop into the renowned tearooms there, Tu Hwnt I'r Bont in Llanwrst or Tŷ Hyll - The Ugly House in Betws and enjoy a light lunch and cream tea. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The cottage is elevated above the railway which runs adjacent to the cottage. Note: The cottage can only be accessed on foot, along a private gated lane (shared with the neighbouring cottage) from the street, approximately 20 yards. There is no vehicle access. Parking is available at Mount Pleasant car park about 1 min walk away; please check online for latest parking fees. You can double park at the gate for a short time to unload and collect the key.
