Outstanding lovely cottage, comfortable and excellent value, for two grateful adults and happy tricolour collie! Can’t recommend enough, look to return next year!Great owners, Tina, Rich and little Evie!XXX
Me Hubby and Rio spent 28 days in this perfect little cottage in Pickering, We chose it for its dog friendliness and it Certainly was, not only did we receive a welcome basket of wine and cookies but there was treats for the dog too, there was milk in the fridge and tbags, Tina the landlady had thought of everything..towels and blankets in a basket for the dog. We loved it, the cottage was cosy and warm when we got there as it was deep mid winter the heating was on and there were logs and kindling for us to light the cosy log burner...which we loved, (we got hardwood logs from the farm shops whichever way we went out there are farm shops) it was clean and cosy and as we were there for 28 days we were pleasantly surprised to find there was a washing machine as it wasn't mentioned in the description. The cottage is so handy for the town just a walk up the road and round the corner....and the pubs cafés and shops are all lovely its got a castle a beautiful medieval church we just loved it because it's an ideal place for getting out and about..and the icing on this lovely cake was the snow we had..just made it for us.
