This lovely mid-terrace cottage is situated on the outskirts of the market town of Swaffham in North Norfolk. This delightful holiday home is an ideal base for a couple or small family with plenty of things to see and do within easy reach. Once you have parked your car at the front of the cottage you enter into a small porch area, where you can leave your shoes and coats before going into the kitchen. From the kitchen is a spacious sitting room with dining area. In this room there’s a warming woodburning stove and comfy seating, as well as enough seats around the dining table to accommodate all guests. On a sunny day you can let the outside in when you open the French doors that lead you out onto the garden. Leading off the kitchen are stairs to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms, a master double and a twin, together with a compact bathroom with corner bath and shower over. The garden is lawned and includes a decked area, with firepit and furniture, a great place to enjoy an alfresco meal at any time of the day. Within walking distance is Swaffham, with its independent shops and pubs, and you’re close to stately homes, coastlines, wildlife reserves, the wonderful Norfolk Broads and the cathedral city of Norwich. Note: This cottage is next door to Refs 931499 and 934591, together they sleep 14.
