Wagtail is a detached single-storey lodge set in beautiful Blagdon Farm. With one bedroom containing a double bed and a sitting room with a sofa bed, it can sleep three adults or two adults and two children. Please note bed linen is included but towels are not. There is an airy open-plan living room with sofa bed, chair and a dining area, and a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The wet room has a shower, basin and WC with handrails.. Outside, there is room to park one car and an outdoor seating area with lovely views. Located near the village of Ashwater, Wagtail is an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the vibrant counties of Devon and Cornwall.

Within stunning Blagdon Farm near the village of Ashwater, this quiet area is an ideal starting point for exploring Devon and Cornwall. With limited mobility access, open plan living and a lovely decking with a fishing lake view, this is the ideal spot for a peaceful holiday. Note: Property can be booked with Refs. 955399, 955401, 955402, 955403 and 955405, together they sleep 20 people.
Ashwater is a delightfully rural village in the heart of West Devons green and undulating countryside. Surrounded by lush meadows, high hedgerows, wooded valleys and abundant wildlife, the village and area is popular with those visitors seeking to experience a true taste of country life. The fantastic seaside resort of Bude is nearby and is well worth a visit with its castle and beach to enjoy.
