There is also a bathroom inside, a ground floor shower room, kitchen/diner and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the exterior is a designated parking space for 1 car, 50 metres from the property, and an enclosed patio at rear with furniture. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Staircase to loft twin room has restricted headroom, low door frame and sloping ceiling. Please note that weekly bookings need to start on a Friday unless agreed by the owner previously. Cook up a hearty breakfast each morning for all the family, before you step out for a rejuvenating walk along the Esk Valley. The farmhouse-style kitchen offers a fabulous AGA cooker and contemporary shades of grey and white by Farrow and Ball and statement worktops by London Clay & Skimming Stones, making you feel right at home. Eat together at the dining table set beside the dual-aspect windows and exchange amusing stories with one another over delicious food. A porthole looks out into the garden at the rear, where you can sit and enjoy alfresco dining on a balmy afternoon. Ruswarp lies on the River Esk, just outside of Whitby with excellent amenities, including a local pub with hand-pulled real ales, a village shop and a renowned local butcher. The village has a regular bus service, and the single track railway has regular steam trains running through the Esk Valley! Enjoy an hour’s boating on the river, take a ride on the miniature train, feed the local ducks, or enjoy a snack at the tea room. A perfect location for exploring the surrounding coastline and the North York Moors.

The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
