The staircase takes you up to the open double bedroom under the eaves of the barn, completing the interior of the property. To the front of the property sits a lovely lawn area for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee before the day starts, alternatively you can go to the Old Hall Hotel pub and tea rooms next door. The beautiful villages of Edale, the bustling Castleton with its caves, shops, cafes and pubs and Hathersage, which has an outdoor swimming pool, are all nearby. Further afield are the popular Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, Buxton and Matlock Bath. Hope and the surrounding area is a fantastic place to visit at any time of the year.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
