Over three levels. King size bed in bedroom on mezzanine floor. Shower room on ground floor with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen on ground floor. Sitting room with dining area on first floor.

Off road parking for 1 car. Raised patio with furniture, extensive gardens lawns and pond area. Sorry no pets, smoking or children. Shop within 2 miles, pub within a few minute drive. Note: No washing machine although shared use of the owners washing machine & tumble dryer.
