All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 2 x doubles. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Reviews
We visited suntrap hideaway for a week in 2020 just after lockdown ended. 5 ticks with sykes cottages. We were not informed about the building work. Next door new cottage was being built so immediately outside our cottage was dug up slabs, mess and cables. Builders inside with vans and we were greeted with a portable toilet on the car park. Had we of been warned we would of cancelled as soon has special needs and doesn't cope with noise or strangers. Lots of other niggles too. And furniture in brochure was different, inadequate dining table and broken chair, was different on website before and replaced after our visit as new photos since then. Building work from early morning at back of cottage too though this wasn't owners fault. Dirty shower curtain and no toilet seat lid!!! We cut holiday short and wanted a refund. Awful customer service from sykes, no written reply to a formal complaint. Some partial refund was paid to me without me being informed. Everyone else who had visited seemed to have decent furniture and no builders so I can see how this was a nice quiet place, sadly we didn't have the same holiday as sold hence request for refund. It would of been polite for sykes to reply, but as they didn't we won't book with them again.
