This light and spacious house has an elevated position with outstanding views across Falmouth Harbour and is just a short walk into the town of Falmouth. Seabien has ample accommodation for four guests, immaculately presented with modern décor, this property is perfect for a small family. A sloping driveway and flight of steps lead down to the entrance. The accommodation is all over one floor with a modern sitting room and dining area from which a patio style door leads out on the patio, a utility room and kitchen. A few steps lead down to the two bedrooms one with a king size bed and ensuite facilities which have underfloor heating and the other bedroom has twin beds. The enclosed patio area is at the rear of the house, relax on the comfortable wicker furniture, a sunny spot for sitting and enjoying the sea air. The town welcomes sailing enthusiasts, artists and students as well as holiday makers, enjoy the many cafes, bars, restaurants and individual shops which line the streets. Pendennis Castle and the two sandy beaches are a must visit. Just a short walk from the centre of town this bright house is bound to appeal to all those who like to have great facilities and beaches on their doorstep.
Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
