With all accommodation on the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with dining and kitchen area, There are two sleep inducing bedrooms, one double and one zip and link twin offering flexibility. and a family bathroom. Outside is a rear garden with a decked area and lawn, perfect for children and pets to play. The beach at Swanpool is a 10 minute stroll away, so take buckets, spades and swimwear. A little further are the beaches at Maenporth and Gyllyngvase, with the Blue Flag award. Situated on the coastal footpath, scenic walks begin from the doorstep and guests have private access onto the golf course, making this venue ideal for ramblers and golfers. Falmouth's cobbled streets are home to shops and galleries, the National Maritime Museum and traditional inns. Sample fresh, local produce at one of the superb eateries, many with harbourside views; the fish and chips at Rick Stein's seafood restaurant are excellent! Choose from watersports and fishing excursions, or board a pleasure boat to the cathedral city of Truro or waterside St Mawes with its 15th century castle.
