Shocking behaviour from the owner mr Millar … We are booked to stay this Friday for a week, booked and paid for months ago . On the 15th June I had a terrible fall braking 6 ribs and fractured 3 and punching my lung ! I asked the mr millar if we could possibly re book for next year . No he said!! Then questioned me about fall as if I was lying!! So rude no empathy what so ever! I said can we at least get a discount for next year? No again . We live 7 hours drive from st just so it’s impossible for me to make the journey and I’m not allowed to fly with my lung being punctured. I explained all this to him sending him my medical records to prove I’m telling the truth. Imagine staying in the tiny place with that horrible unsympathetic man close by . I feel I’ve gotten off likely really!!
