Ner Sea is a wonderful cottage situated in Marazion near Penzance and Helston. This cottage sleeps two people and is set over three floors with a king-size double with en-suite, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner, along with a second floor mezzanine eaves snug. Outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a terraced garden with a bench. Ner Sea is an ideal base for a couple with plenty to see and explore nearby, including the Lizard peninsula and Land's End.

Ner Sea is situated in a desirable position within the seaside town of Marazion. Boasting glorious views over the coast to the iconic castle topped island of St Michael's Mount, this property is a short stroll to the sandy beach. A comfortable, romantic Cornish cottage, it's an ideal escape by the sea for couples, with a southerly aspect and captivating views from the upper floors. Upon arrival, step through the stable door into a light and airy interior combining character features with modern, crisp white decor. After a fun day exploring the sights and sounds of the area, the open plan living room with its warming woodburner is the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and provides access to the steep terrace garden, which is a gorgeous sun trap, and also outside is parking for one car. Wake up each morning to glorious sea views from en-suite bedroom located on the first floor, and stairs lead from here to a snug on a mezzanine eaves floor, which comes complete with plump seating and Velux windows. You will feel instantly at home at this traditional seaside cottage which is nestles beside the road in the heart of Marazion. Spend your days beach combing the wide stretch of shoreline, exploring the scenic south west coast path, browsing the art galleries and shops or sampling the local cuisine at one of the pubs/restaurants. When you are ready to explore the surrounding area you will find that Marazion is well placed for touring this part of Cornwall. A delightful cottage for a couple, with plenty to see and do within easy reach.

Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Access to the garden and parking is along paths and steep steps. Note: Parking area is on a hard surface and accessed along paths and 25 steep steps. We booked Ner Sea as our first little holiday as a family of 3 taking our 3 month old. We have camped in Cornwall before but opted for a cottage this time. We looked at Marazion as a good base to explore the south and west of the county a little more. Firstly Marazion is a brilliant village. Views over to St Michaels mount, some fab places to eat and drink and not as busy as some of the bigger villages and towns. Ner Sea is in a great spot easy walking distance to the shops, pubs and the mount. We booked through Sykes cottages which was very easy. £20 deposit and clear instruction when to pay balances and who to contact. When we arrived the cottage was spotless and exactly like the pictures we’d seen on the Sykes app. It had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We really couldn’t have been happier with it. The only thing that might be a concern is the very tight parking space. But at least there is off-road parking and I managed to get an Audi Q5 on without any bother. Again I would highly recommend Ner Sea
