Nestled along the banks of the River Swale and set within the luscious green countryside of the Yorkshire Dales, is this charming stone-built Grade II listed cottage. Holding much of its original character, Cowlings is elevated by ceiling beams, with exposed brickwork and timber flooring allowing you to relax and unwind in a traditional-style setting. It is the perfect dwelling for families and friends to come together and experience some of the best walking country of the area as well as an assortment of attractions to fill your time. On the first floor is a bathroom, where you can recover from a long country walk with a soak in a warm bubble bath. There is also a shower over the bath tub, ideal for waking you up and getting you ready in the morning. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms - a king-size double with single bed, and separate to this is a twin bedroom. Spend your down time in the lounge and warm your feet by the woodburner set in the minster fireplace, tune into the TV or listen to your favourite playlists via the Bluetooth speakers. Gather around the dining table in the farmhouse-style kitchen and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal together, prepared lovingly with all the essential appliances. Take in the fabulous views from the mullion-style, living room window or step out onto the patio with a glass of wine and continue to drink in the pleasant surroundings.
