Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Fabulous views, dog friendly, large apartment, balconies from the lounge area and bedrooms. I bought a week long parking permit from the pitch and putt kiosk opposite which worked out cheaper. Lovely walks from the door.
Had a wonderful stay in this delightful cottage. Well equipped and in a fabulous location. John and Lenka are accommodating hosts. Thank you
Fantastic location with great views overlooking the East Lyn River and sea. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and well kept. Brilliant location for sightseeing around the area, so much to do and so pretty. Bonus is it's also dog friendly.
Having visited Lynmouth on many occasions we have never stayed in the Village. The cottage is very central and you have lovely views of the Manor green and harbour from the covered balcony on the first floor so even if its raining you can still sit and watch the world go by. Old Lyn cottage is presented to a high standard with old features, like the Hugh old bath tub to a new fitted kitchen area. Everything and more is there to make a perfect Self catering holiday in a great location.John and his wife were more then helpful and always on hand should you need them.We will defiantly return to Old Lyn Cottage. Thank you
