All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x family room with 1 single and 1 children's bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note - To the rear of the property beyond the steam railway there is a new hospital being built. Location Details
Aviemore is a town in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and Cairngorms National Park, with lovely walking in the surrounding hills, and golf courses. There is also bird watching, with rare species to be found including Ospreys and Capercaillie. The area is home to historic castles, distilleries, fishing on the River Spey and skiing in the Cairngorm mountains and at the Lecht ski centre.
