This wonderful, semi-detached property lies in the pretty highland village of Lower Foyers on the quiet eastern banks of Loch Ness. After a day of fell walking, look forward to unwinding into the lounge, boasting a cosy ambiance with a woodburning stove and plush seating, here you can switch off with a good movie and a selection of snacks. Very disappointing stay. Our family of 4 drove 7 hours to get there and have been completely ripped off. 1. The owners had no clue of our arrival and there were kids lounging about at the property. 2. The kids apologised and rushed out with a basket of dirty laundry and claimed it was clean for us to stay. However, the property was very unclean and it felt incredibly unhygienic. 3. We were happy to get past this, however, the owners refused to respond to any of our complaints and compensate. Not even for just 1 night when we stayed in a dirty cottage! we left early and they refused to help in any way at all. They charged us over £900 for 4 nights and yet they couldn't compensate us in anyway at all. If you book with them - there is no guarantee or safety net for your money based on your experience and we have lost Regardless, the location is nice but it is not worth it for the terrible service and lack of communication or help.
