Access by key safe code given by owner. Had problems with shower and bath couldn’t get the water up to temperature and bath too deep and difficult to get out of without safety handles or rubber mats. Beds comfortable and all linen provided. Kitchen had an halogen hob and it took us a while to work out how to use it , oven and microwave very good. However there was no room to prepare food , the saucepans and utensils were excellent. Plenty of microwave equipment as well. Living room cosy the imitation fire in the middle of the room is unnecessary and only there for decoration it does take up a lot of room though. Heating good but the living room was dark and it was difficult to read due to inadequate lighting. Tv was small and pixilated a lot but picture was fine when it settled down. The welcome hamper was a nice touch. The area the accommodation is situated in was quiet couldn’t understand why communal drying areas were placed under trees which encouraged birds and insects which attached themselves to the clothes . Recycling area was the same hidden behind trees. There were plenty of dog poop bins provided and the grass was cut while we were there. Beach access is easy a level 20 min walk, sand was excellent and dog friendly toilets on the car park . Supermarkets are 10 miles away Tesco, Lidl , Aldi all in Porthmadog there is a local Londis on the way to the beach.
Stayed here for a week in June. It was easy to find, nicely located on a main road but near the beach too. Beautiful flat, very nicely done out with every home comfort and luxury provided. Thank you for our wonderful holiday!
