To the outside you will find off road parking for two cars and a rear garden with a lawn, decking with furniture and a river running across the bottom. Please note that for property insurance purposes, car charging is strictly prohibited. There are several charging points in the local areas including Bakewell. Note: The unfenced river Wye runs along the bottom of the garden, care must be taken and children must be supervised at all times in the garden. Note: This property may not be suitable for toddlers and young children due to the unfenced river at the rear of the property. Note: Winter Short Break arrivals on Saturday and Monday only, please.
