This is a fresh, ground floor annexe set in Brynford, North Wales.The flat adjoins the owners' home, it comes in a great location and with high quality features, a great place for couples or friends to come and spend a lovely break together. The laminate floored hallway takes you into the property, on your left is a stunning family shower room. On the other side of the hall is a fabulous double bedroom boasting pretty bed linen and lots of clothing storage, the other bedroom, a twin room, is similarly decorated. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary equipment and sumptuous fixtures and fittings. The interior of the property is complete with a comfortable living dining room, it has a table seating 4 people, cosy seating and an electric fire to keep you warm whilst watching the TV in the evenings. This cottage comes with the added benefit of a fantastic little conservatory which provides comfortable seating and views over the splendid, extensive lawns which you can use, as well as only being a few yards away from Holywell Golf Course. Brynford offers a well-stocked village store and a pub and a restaurant in the golf house, it is a great base for a North Wales holiday. Holywell is a lovely market town offers great buildings, over 60 of them listed, as well as a good range of shops and pubs. The wonderful city of Chester is easily accessible and is definitely worth visiting with its wide range of amenities and activities. Brwyn is a pleasant cottage in a great location.
Holywell boasts over 60 listed buildings, along with a shopping centre, pubs, restaurants and a Thursday market. 1 mile away are the ruins of Basingwerk Abbey within Greenfield Valley Heritage Park, with its museum. There are many walking routes in the area, including Halkyn Mountain, Pennant Way, Offas Dyke and The Welsh Coastal Path. Within driving distance is Mold, which holds a market on a Wednesday and Saturday. Chester, with its famous Rows, Roman Walls, racecourse, zoo, shops and restaurants is just over the border. The Welsh Coast is easily reached with Talacre a short drive away. Prestatyn, Rhyl, and Llandudno are also accessible, along with Snowdonia. There are gardens to visit, Ness on the Wirral, and Bodnant Gardens in Snowdonia to name just two.
