This is a well-presented semi-detached house set on the outskirts of the village of Walkerburn in the Scottish Borders. This cottage is perfect for families with the sleeping arrangements and en-suite bedrooms. Step up into this bright and airy cottage and be greeted by a modern hallway. The hallway leads you to the living areas, with a stylish, well-equipped kitchen and a simple yet tastefully decorated dining room. The sitting room is a great spot to sit and relax with its comfortable seating, woodburning stove and a TV, the perfect room for some quality family time. Sit in the suntrap conservatory with your morning coffee and plan the days' activities. The ground floor is complete with a stunning king size bedroom, boasting a classy en-suite shower room. The first floor presents two more similarly decorated bedrooms, one of them being a double with a single leading off it, perfect for a family with a young child. All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
