This duplex apartment sits over the first and second floors in the heart of the wonderful seaside town of Hornsea, East Yorkshire. With a wealth of excellent opportunities nearby, this splendid getaway is perfect for families wanting to discover what the area can offer. Access the property via an internal staircase and be greeted by the delightful snug area 'Coral Room' with cosy seating and patio doors. The doors lead to a relaxing roof terrace where you can enjoy a cool beverage while catching some sun. Just off of this area rests a glistening, white family shower room. The snug opens into a modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining room with a farmhouse table that comfortably seats eight. However, if you don't feel like cooking, walk downstairs to one of Hornsea's popular restaurants. Every other Friday, the restaurant hosts live music, so you may wish to go dancing! You will be spoilt for choice with places to kick back and relax here; choose the calming and elegant ‘Sand Room’ to curl up with a good book or needlework or spread out in the spacious ‘Surf Room’ to watch television, listen to music or socialize with your loved ones. Walk a few steps to the sea and find yourself at the entrance to the Trans Pennine Trail. The town is a wonderful location for outdoor enthusiasts that provides opportunities for walking, cycling and horseback riding locally or as a gateway to the scenic vistas of the North York Moors. With Hornsea as a home base, you can day-trip to York, Bridlington, Scarborough, Whitby and Hull. A delightful apartment in a fantastic location.
Hornsea is on the East Coast, a Victorian resort with beaches, a promenade and gardens. The town centre has shops, pubs and cafés, whilst Hornsea Mere offers sailing, fishing and boat trips. Hornsea is a good base for touring the Yorkshire Wolds, the North York Moors and the East Riding coastal resorts. The historic city of York and Hull are within an easy drive.

This lovely flat is in an ideal position , a short walk to the beach and over the road from the huge park that runs through Hornsea. The flat is very roomy and tastefully decorated, having everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed sitting on the little terrace in the evening with twinkly lights making it very appealing. I can recommend staying here if you want to enjoy this seaside town.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
