Cow Hill Laith Barn is a recently renovated barn conversion, nestled in the hills of the Ribble Valley and offering superb views across the beautiful Lancashire countryside. The property is located in the small village of Sawley, just outside of Bolton-by-Bowland, and the local pub is just a short distance from the property. As you enter the property, to the left is the newly refurbished kitchen containing a dining table and chairs for up to five people, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and washing machine. The lounge has comfortable seating and a cosy woodburning stove to relax in front of in the evening. There is also a downstairs WC with basin. Heading upstairs, you will find a beautiful feature window and seating to enjoy the countryside view on offer, the ceiling also features some beautiful original beams, which add character to the property. There are three bedrooms; one is a king-sized double with an en-suite shower room, the second is a single room with a Velux window and beamed ceiling and the final bedroom contains two single zip & link beds which can be used as a twin or double. The good-sized family bathroom has a shower over bath, WC and basin. To the exterior of the property, there is a lovely patio are with seating and picturesque countryside views from every direction. There is ample off-road parking and the property is set in a peaceful location. Cow Hill Laith Barn is a great base from which to explore the Ribble Valley and the town of Clitheroe is around 7 miles away.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
