Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
We stayed for 2 weeks at the cottage. And it’s incredibly well placed to access all you could want to in Noeth Wales. It’s clean enough, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The pool is not nearby, in my opinion, which was the only mildly negative feedback I have. Then the owner sent this response. Good morning Mrs Cole. Thank you for leaving feedback on our cottage. I have forwarded the Sykes Cottages’s description which clearly states the swimming pool is on our NEARBY caravan park which is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away. We do not advertise it as being on the cottages complex. I wasn’t aware the key fob had disappeared but if you had contacted me I would have organised to drop one off within the hour of your call. Leaving issues until you have gone home does not give us the opportunity to sort things out for you. I’m only too happy to help out guests if they have a question or problem. Kindest regards. Sarah Williams. Which is so incredibly rude and unnecessary in tone - but interestingly was our experience on arrival when the directions send you around the building very clearly. However it cannot be accessed this way and a cross woman waved her arms and told us to go the other way…leaving us looking for the right entrance for 20mns! Like I say the cottage is lovely and well equipped. The owners a bit harsh so make sure to share any issues with her promptly.
