Upon entering you will arrive at a cloakroom, as well as a snug room, perfect for cosying up and reading a book in the peace and quiet. The utility area lies close by and the garage is your own little escape for some family time playing pool, or a game of table football. Relax in the sitting room which is home to a log burner and comfortable sofas, where you can chill out in the warmth and admire the calming views. For more of this, you can prepare those home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen/diner, before wandering out through the French doors to the patio area. A family bathroom also lies on the ground floor and has been completed to a high standard with a shower over the bath. Bonar Bridge is ideally placed to explore this region of Scotland and the Royal Burgh of Dornoch with its beaches and famous golf course is close at hand. The Falls Of Shin visitor centre with its waterfall, viewing platform, salmon leap, forest walks and restaurant is only a short drive away.
