The cottage itself was lovely with teriffic views of pendle hill. We weren't informed that the single room had bunk beds so that was a bit of a suprise when we arrived. When I mentioned it to the owner who showed up 5 mins after we arrived she seemed a bit put out that I even mentioned it. The first night we arrived there were two campervans further on down thw property. The following day when we were trying to access the Cottage the owner drove on the bit of grass where the campervans were parked as the two cars couldn't pass each other as the driveway is so narrow. We then thought it was ok to use that bit of grass to drive on as there were camper vans parked on it, we were mistaken. 2 Days Later the owner or one of the workers on the farm installed a makeshift fence so we wouldn't be able to drive on the grass instead just wreck our suspension on the very very rocky driveway up to the property. They did this but didn't inform us that we had done anything wrong so we were slightly miffed. We had to ring the owner's on one occasion to ask for a brush to be brought down to the house we couldn't get in contact with them and my father spoke to a worker on the farm who we believe is one of the owners brothers he said he will get in contact with them and get a brush left down, they in fact left the brush outside the house and couldn't be bothered to wait until they ccould actuslly hand i to us. We literally never seen the owners for the rest of the week and didn't find them very friendly at all. I would definitely book a house in this part of the world again as it was gorgeous I would not pick Angram Farm cottages.
