All on ground floor. 2 x double bedrooms. Wet room with basin, WC with handtrail and shower with pull down chair. Outdoor terrace with furniture. Shared use of grass court for general use Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room; TV, DVD and wood-burning stove.

TV with DVD player. Fuel/power included. Shared use of laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels included. Private off-road parking for one car, with further space across the stream. Outside terrace area with furniture. One dog welcome. Fully equipped for the disabled with Mobility grade 1 and 2 awarded and therefore suitable for accompanied wheelchair users (Please note there is not complete provision for wheelchair users on their own). Cots and highchairs available. Nearest shops and restaurants are 3 miles away in Cockermouth.
Location Details
Cockermouth is a small market town located in the north-western part of the Lake District. Cockermouth offers a variety pubs, shops and eateries. The main attraction in the area are the many walking opportunities available and William Wordsworth's Georgian family home. Nearby is the town of Keswick which also has loads to offer!
Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

We felt very comfortable and relaxed here, good open aspect enjoyed the views through the large windows in the main living area. A walk around the paths leading to the pond are worth exploring and a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down from the summer house positioned at the top of the pond shouldn't go amiss either.
