In a perfect location for a relaxing holiday or short break this beautiful barn conversion is set amonst stunning Cornish countryside two miles from the small village of Lanivet which is known to be the centre of Cornwall. Sunnywell is designed in an upside down fashion to make the most of the far-reaching views from the huge open plan living area on the first floor with a full length window and French doors with a ballustrade. With a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting and dining areas you will have all you need in this charming room with huge exposed A frames adding to the rustic authentic charm. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, the large vaulted master double with exposed beams and en-suite facilities and a twin with zip and link beds giving you the option of a double at your request. There is also a further family bathroom with a full size bath to relax after a day walking the moors or cycling on one of the many popular cycling trails. Outside enclosed gardens and a patio with furniture add to the relaxing feel. There is also a small barn outside used as a utility room which doubles up as a store for bikes and boards and also has half size table tennis. Being in such a central location makes Sunnywell perfect as a touring base and from the moment you arrive to a good Cornish welcome from the owners and a wonderful home made cream tea to the moment you leave you are assured of a memorable holiday in idyllic surroundings. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
