Perfectly designed for couples wishing to get away from it all, this retreat features everything you need for a comfortable stay all-year-round. The modern interior comprising of light and airy décor welcomes you inside, with an open plan layout setting you up for many cosy nights. A well-equipped kitchen rests to one side of the room, adjacent to a sofa and a dining table which can seat up to four people. Whether enjoying breakfast in the morning hours, or simply making the most of your downtime, this is a lovely spot to go about your day in style. The ground floor also houses a contemporary shower room, with all white fittings and a delightful corner shower. Stairs lead up to a king-size bedroom, tucked away into a mezzanine area and overlooked by Velux windows. Soft purple tones create a soothing ambience for a peaceful night’s sleep, or a moment or two at the glamorous seating area with a good book. Views of the countryside tie this room together nicely. Step outside to be at one with it all, and with a pub next door you can sit back and enjoy an evening meal after a day of sight-seeing. Nercwys Forest is excellent for scenic walks, cycling and horse riding, while just a short distance away, the busy market town of Mold is home to notable buildings and a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Clwydian Hill Range and the Offa's Dyke Pathway are all situated close by, while Loggerheads and Moel Famau Country Parks, the Snowdonia Mountain Range and medieval Chester are all within easy reach. A homely cottage in a picturesque location.
