Nice flat good location great tv's and bedrooms great.Needs a bit of TLC especially in the bathroom with chipped floor tiles no lid on bin and no top on toilet flush.Needs a paint throughout.Not ideal having your car in a car park out of view and for carrying your luggage.Entrance which is through an alley is very dirty.All in a comfortable flat and Prestatyn is lovely but could do better
