Situated all on the ground floor with wheelchair access, the rooms have been tailored to ensure that every guest can enjoy a comfortable holiday experience all season round. The open-plan living area is a relaxing place to unwind, complete with a charming dining table, located in the corner of the room. A wonderful aspect of the lounge is the views which lean out towards the lawned garden, featuring a lake, and even chickens which roam around. To prepare those home cooked meals, make the most of the modern kitchen with its white units, and almost country feel welcoming you inside after a long day. This room also features low countertops; a nice addition to the formation, should you require the extra space. Continue through the cottage and you will discover a king-size bedroom, a characterful haven complimented by dark furnishings and further views of the garden which you can wake up to every morning that goes by. An en-suite wet room is presented to an immaculate standard, and a cloakroom completes the accommodation. Brandon has a small market held every Thursday and Saturday in addition to a collection of independent shops in the town. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
