Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x twin (plus child?s 2'3" folding bed). Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, basin. Downstairs Sitting room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with dining area. Hall.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed courtyard garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (no cats). Sorry no smoking.
Location Details
The ancient Stannary town of Ashburton lies on the southern slopes of Dartmoor and is an ideal spot from which to explore the rugged high moors to the North and a beautiful coastline to the South. The scenery in this area of South Devon is glorious in all weathers and offers visitors opportunities for walking, pony trekking, canoeing, fishing and lazing on the beach.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

From the start we were made to feel so welcome (wine, flowers and homemade bread!) The coach house is just lovely very comfortable. The area around the cottage is so quiet and walks on to the Moor a bit hilly but doable and worth the effort!
We stayed here for 3 weeks during November and found it perfect for our needs. The cottage is finished to an extremely high standard and the owners are the most welcoming you could wish for. Set in an idyllic country retreat with all modern day amenities nearby this cottage has it all. Would seriously recommend!.
