There's a well-equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals for enjoyment indoors or alfresco in the neat back garden with that wonderful hot tub and a very swish awning. One double bedroom with pretty views and a bathroom complete the interior accommodation, whilst outside is the lovely south-facing, shrub and flower-filled garden. Enjoy a freshly-prepared meal in the good food pub in the local village or head for Port Isaac just a short drive away, where you'll find many splendid cafes and restaurants. A good all-year-round place for couples to relax or to tour the area's many fine surfing beaches, harbours and hidden coves.
Not far from Port Isaac, St Kew is a small village – the first recorded in Cornwall! - on the north Cornish coast. The village church dates from the fifteenth century and is home to some remarkable stained glass windows. Also in St Kew is a traditional village pub and a golf course, and there is a donkey sanctuary at St Kew Highway. The St Kew Inn also dates from the fifteenth century, and boasts a lovely open fire in winter and a pretty beer garden for sunshine drinks in the summer. There are some lovely walks in the countryside surrounding St Kew, including a circular route through the river valleys.
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
