It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms ? a double with balcony and a twin together with a shower-room and a bathroom. There is an open-plan living-dining room-kitchen area with balcony. This is a superbly located apartment for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. There is so much to do and see in this lively town, and nearby there is Watergate Bay, golf and National Trust Trerice House to visit.

All one level. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with balcony and en suite shower-room, 1 x twin (2'6" beds, zip-linkable to 5' double on request) with balustrade. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area with sonos and glazed doors to balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

It has sea glimpses from two balconies with bistro table and chairs to take advantage of the opportunities for alfresco dining. Take the lift up from the parking bay and step through the entrance door into the hall through to the open-plan living-dining room and kitchen which has floor to ceiling sliding glazed doors to the balcony enjoying sea glimpses to the headland. There are two bedrooms a king-size with balcony and en suite shower-room and a twin which is zip-linkable to a king-size double, with TV and balustrade, and there is a family bathroom. Outdoor shower and surf locker. This is a superbly located apartment for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. There is so much to do and see in this lively town, and nearby there is Watergate Bay, good golf and National Trust Trerice House to visit.

I had a lovely stay in the apartment with my husband and another couple with a 5 month old baby. So as you could imagine it was a pretty chilled holiday, no partying. A week after our stay I got a call from Sykes cottages to say we are going to be charged £100 for damages done to the property. I was quite surprised by this as we left the property in immaculate condition. I would completely take responsibility for any damages made by me or any others in the group but I am definite they were not made by us. One of the damages is a tiny piece of plastic from one of the trays in the fridge, which we barely used as we ate out 80% of the time. Another was the material from underneath the sofa was loose and hanging down. Now I’m pretty sure to make a damage to the underneath of a sofa, we would have had to go underneath it or physically move it, which we did not, why would we? I have spoked to Sykes and asked them who it actually is who carries out the checks once we leave and it turns out it’s the cleaners. When I asked how they could be sure the damages were not done by the cleaners and they’re passing blame, I was met with the response that I should have taken photos when I arrived and left. Now, I’m not sure about you but I’ve never personally felt the need to take a photo of the underneath of a sofa whilst on holiday. I stay in Cornwall 4-5 times a year and have been looking for somewhere to stay each Time so I feel comfortable, it would have been here as the apartment was perfect but after this, I will never stay here again. I’m incredibly unhappy with Sykes taking the owners/cleaners word for it and not taking my comments into consideration. AVOID!!
