Nearby Praa Sands is one of Cornwall's finest sandy beaches and the extremely popular village of Porthleven, with interesting shops, cafes and restaurants sitting around its pretty harbour is within easy reach.

The village of Praa Sands sits on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. Reviews

We felt so lucky to be staying in Evergreen last week. It is fabulous cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you need for a week away. It is warm clean and comfortable and full of treasures. It is located in a small hamlet with a handful of cottages. No street lights so great for star gazing. A stones throw from the Coastal Path and a 10 minute zig-zagging path to a perfect beach. I didn't want to leave.
