This cosy property boasts high-quality fittings and furnishings, as well as a fantastic location, making it the ideal destination for families or couples wanting a break by the Cornish Coast. The open-plan kitchen/diner is a fantastic space for socialising and cooking as a family; take a seat at the dining table after cooking up a storm and decide which beautiful beach or fascinating town you will visit tomorrow. Through a door you will find the bright sitting room, furnished with comfortable sofas and featuring south-facing patio doors that lead out onto the patio area and shared garden. The sleeping accommodation consists of two pleasing bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Situated just a short walk from Bude town centre, this property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but benefits from all of the attractions and activities the town has to offer. Spend a day at Summerleaze Beach, or wander around the town, discovering boutique shops and sampling the many cafés, restaurants and pubs. There are plenty of walking routes around Bude, most famously the South West Coast Path, offering walkers fantastic views of the coast and surrounding countryside. A short drive away is the village of Tintagel with its castle, caves and medieval post office. This property is an ideal base for families and couples looking to explore the Cornish coast and its beautiful towns and villages.

Within a short drive are the remains of a huge iron age hill fort at Warbstow Bury, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.
