It provides two bedrooms, both boast basins, and there is a king-size zip/link and a double as well as a shower room; the property is able to sleep four people. The interior also comes with a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. The Cottage is a charm-filled property in close proximity of the gorgeous Peak District and the market towns of Leek and Ashbourne.

Location Details
Waterhouses is between the towns of Leek and Ashbourne on the southern fringes of the Peak District National Park. The village boasts the Manifold Cycle Track, winding through the valleys of the Rivers Hamps and Manifold. Waterhouses offers shops, pubs and eateries. Alton Towers Theme Park is nearby.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Reviews
We were unwelcome as 2 male guests although we were sleeping in separate rooms. We had no WiFi or Internet. Contacted the owner eventually we got intermittent connectivity. When we desperately needed the Internet as we were involved in a car crash due to other driver and our car written off eventually being treated at a & e, we notified the owner of this situation and after arriving back at the property I text him with his response being glad you are OK. Following day when we needed the Internet to make all necessary arrangements and contact authorities etc we had no WiFi or Internet connection. When we tried to connect we were getting unauthenticated connection causing us difficulties. Again notified the owner whose response was they had connected to another provider and that he would check the connection on his return to no avail. They were well aware that we had been in a car crash and they made no effort to come and check on us. They were very unfriendly or unconcerned about us. Because of the situation we decided to leave early and returned back to Lowestoft a week early. I notified the owner that we had vacated the property on the 8th of June instead of 14th June. I received a text from the owner saying we are sorry your holiday wasn't what you hoped for and thank you for staying with us. We certainly didn't expect to be treated in such a manner. We will not be returning and I pity any only men that may be treated in the same manner.
