A charming first floor holiday apartment in Largs, a short walk from the coast at the Firth of Clyde. Ideal for couples and families, this apartment has been tastefully furnished and equipped to provide a comfortable home-from-home. The sitting room is light and airy, with views over the town to the sea, the Isle of Bute and beyond. A dining area is at the rear for a quiet dinner or a breakfast before a spot of sightseeing. This lovely apartment has two bedrooms, offering flexible accommodation, each are tastefully decorated to give you that all-important good night's sleep. There is a double room and the second room is a king-size double that can easily be transformed into two 2"6 singles. Just across the hall is a beautiful shower room, rounded off with the owner's selection of quality toiletries. A short walkway brings you out onto the coast, where you can stroll into the centre of town. Dine out at one of the many bars and restaurants and indulge in the famous ice cream at Nardini's cafe©. Explore the history of the Vikings at the Vikingar Centre, which also boasts a swimming pool and kids soft play area. Try a round of golf at one of the two local courses, including the popular golf course in Millport on the Isle of Cumbrae, or venture a few miles along the coast to West Kilbride or try the famous course of Troon. Kelburn Castle and Largs Marina, with Scott's Restaurant, are all within a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Douglas Park is nearby, where you will find a bowling green and tennis courts, as well as enjoying some lovely walks through the gardens. Only two minutes from the apartment and on the seafront is a childrens park. The train station has stops along the Ayrshire coast en route to Glasgow. After a short ferry crossing you will be picked up by car and shown round the island with unlimited time to spend in the town of Millport. You will then be taken back to the ferry for your return to Largs. (Max 4 persons)

Wonderful place. Only a five minute walk to the promenade and fifteen into the middle of town. The flat is beautifully clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space, two good bedrooms with comfy beds and lots of wardrobe and drawer space. We used the ferry tickets to go over to Cumbraes. Not much open out of season but the museum and cathedral are worth a look. Took the train to Glasgow, only an hour and £12 ticket. The Fish Works, best fish and chips in Scotland. Lovely couple, would go again.
Lovely apartment, very well furnished and decorated. Beautiful bedding, fluffy towels and everything spotlessly clean. Owners provided everything you could possibly need and lots of extras just in case, so well equipped it was like a home from home They also kindly provided tea, coffee, milk and a nice fruit cake Apartment is 2 minute walk from prom and 15 mins walk into town, perfect location.
