Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed terrace to the front with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Dog to be please kept on lead in the areas outside of the cottage and terrace. Guide to many nearby dog friendly walks is available. Shop 5.3 miles and pub 2.8 miles. Just to note: there is no reliable mobile signal at Y Bwthyn, but guests can connect via FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp, WiFi calling etc on the cottage's broadband. Note - Please can you make us aware before the booking date, if you are bringing dogs on your booking.
Bryncrug is a small village with a shop and pub, located in the Dysynni Valley, at the southern end of the Snowdonia National Park. Aberdovey is 6 miles away with its harbour, sandy beaches and golf course along with small shops, inns and superb restaurants, including ones serving locally caught seafood. Visit the Cader Idris mountain range and the Dovey and Dysynni valleys nearby, great for walking, climbing and seeing wildlife.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
