The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a king size with dressing room, and a twin, all sharing a family shower room. Up four steps is the open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and countryside views. Outside are two acres of lawn and barbecue area shared with the other cottages in the development, as well as a lawn with picnic tables shared by the three cottages and parking for one car. Just 350 yards from the lovely beach, Coast Path and village shop, 2 Brook Cottages is an excellent neat base for a fun seaside break in South Devon.

The double has a door which slides open to the bunk room, also handy for keeping an eye on your little ones. With the shared open space and the beach within a stroll, 2 Brook Cottages is ideal for a family seaside break.
