Hosting three bedrooms: one super king-size (zip/link), one king-size and one twin (zip/link), sleeping a total of six people and served by a family bathroom and cloakroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, a dining area and an open-plan living/dining room with an electric fire. Shop 1.7 miles and pub 2 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note - please can guests bring their own towels. Note: hen/stag parties or similar.

Ulverston is a market town in the South Lakeland district of Cumbria, resting close to the beautiful and unspoilt countryside of the Lake District National Park. Boasting a plethora of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities. Offering the wonderful Laurel and Hardy Museum and Lightburn Park for some tourist attractions.

Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

We booked this through Sykes. The property is absolutely lovely and clean with three bedrooms with super comfy beds a lovely bathroom, a large living room. The kitchen had all mod cons and was fully stocked with utensils. This is a dog friendly property and is a great base for exploring the Lake District. The property is approximately 1 mile from Ulverston and 15 miles from the Lake District. The property is on a working farm and we had a regular visit from the farm dog ‘Rodney’ who was so friendly. We would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay
