Additional rooms include a kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning fire and dining table. Outside, you will find almost an acre of lawn garden and off-road parking. Situated North of Helensburgh, on the shore of Gare Loch, is the wonderful Rosemount Cottage. Bring your friends and family to this spacious dwelling, set in almost an acre of land, making a superb base for touring the spectacular location and exploring the surrounding area. Upon entering the property, you are invited into a spacious conservatory, a great area for morning coffee, to take in the view or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. Follow the hallway to a stylish, well-equipped kitchen, making the ideal spot for preparing meals for friends and family. Continuing to impress is an inviting sitting room, where a plush L-shape sofa sits around a warming woodburning fire. Flooding the room with light is a large window where you can appreciate the overlooking views of the loch and beyond the peninsula.
