Therefore, this cosy cottage makes the ideal base for exploring the countryside with your family. Upon entering the cottage, you are welcomed to a comfortable sitting room, boasting an elegant design complete with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove, perfect for relaxing of an evening after busy day exploring. Completing the ground floor is a well-appointed, open-plan living room, comprising of a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a cosy snug area. Follow the carpeted staircase up, where you will discover two elegantly dressed bedrooms, consisting of a charming twin bedroom and a double bedroom, finished with charming garden views, a bright interior and graceful wood flooring. Completing the property is a family bathroom, complete with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, the dogs will be able to stretch their legs within the cottage’s enclosed garden, and you will be able to enjoy the BBQ area during the summer months. The cottage is a mere stone’s throw from all local amenities, where the local pub and shop can be situated under a five-minute walk. This area is a popular walking base, with the entire Cairngorms National Park to wonder. This unique park plays host to activities for everyone, including walkers, cyclists and horse riders, where you can appreciate the wild high mountains, the heather moorlands and the superb forests. For winter lovers, the Lecht Ski Centre is a must, where you will find 20 maintained ski runs and 14 lifts, perfect for an action packed day, situated just an hour away from the property. Church View is a tranquil base, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the area.

Just back from a fantastic 4 night stay at Church View. Got to say have stayed in a lot of holiday cottages in Highlands and so glad managed to find this cottage. Communication with owner very quick and informed me before arriving that a new cooker was being installed at end if November but this didn't affect my stay as hob worked well and oven and also really nice takeaway options in Kingussie (Chinese and Fush and Chips). Very clean which in current climate was appreciated. Local walks nearby and no need to drive (golf course circular, image attached ). Very handy for Aviemore but not hustle and bustle of a town centre. Would also recommend award winning butchers; round corner. Made use of free logs for log burner, very welcoming after a long day's walking. All in all a fantastic find and will be back in Summet 2022 to enjoy garden
