It comprises three bedrooms; a ground floor king-size double with en-suite bathroom, a ground floor super king-size double with zip/link and en-suite shower room, a second floor super king-size double with en-suite bathroom, sleeping six altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well as a utility. Outside is off-road parking for two cars, a small front garden with outside shower, south-facing terrace with patio and external staircase leading to the patio on the ground floor. A stunning retreat not to be missed.

Location Details

Positioned on the Atlantic coast of north Cornwall is the beach and village of Constantine Bay. Situated approximately three miles west of Padstow, this area of Cornwall boasts one of the best surfing beaches of the area, for excellent watersports activities. Lying within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this pleasant village offers a couple of beach shops and eateries along with golfing facilities. Nearby Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail, with a fishing port, an assortment of shops and pubs as well as boat trips and abundant walking opportunities.
