This lovely three bedroom house is set on a quiet residential lane in St Blazey, located within two miles of the Eden Project, and only a short distance away from the beach and coast. Perfect for families and friends, Phoenix House is a traditionally furnished cottage, comprising of an open-plan living area, exposed beams, and a coal effect fire. Whether you are just waking up to it all, or relaxing after an eventful day, the cream coloured sofa or arm chairs offer somewhere peaceful to unwind. The charm-filled aura continues over to the dining area and country themed kitchen, graced in a wooden rustic effect. A cloakroom is tucked away before the open-tread staircase which leads up to the first floor bedrooms; beginning with a classic bunk room. Two doubles neighbour this, each homely and inviting, layered with traditional fittings and equally promising a wonderful night's sleep. The stylish family bathroom completes the cottage, benefiting from a handheld shower. St Blazey is nowadays best known for being the closest to the Eden Project, whilst nearby Charlestown is a delightful and much sought after coastal village featuring stone cottages and regency houses. It is famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path.
